April was a green month for Huntsville, Alabama real estate! Lots of positive movement in most of the areas throughout both Madison and Huntsville was witnessed by home sellers. Even though home prices have dropped over the past year in each area, it is nothing like most similarly sized cities throughout the US. When looking back to this time 3 years ago, for instance, the average Huntsville homes sale price was in the low $160K's!
